MITTO'S INTEGRATION
Mitto’s integrations enable MoEngage® users to send SMS and WhatsApp Business messages to communicate with leads and contacts using their Mitto account.

CONFIGURATION
SMS CONNECTOR CONFIGURATION
- Go to Settings – Channel – SMS & Connectors
- Custom Connector click Create and fill in the fields (details in guide below)
VIBER CONNECTOR CONFIGURATION
Mitto integrations enable MoEngage users to send Viber Business messages to communicate with leads and contacts using their Mitto account (details in guide below).
WHATSAPP CONNECTOR CONFIGURATION
- Go to Settings – Channel – WhatsApp
- Click Add connector and choose Mitto from dropdown
- Sender configuration:
- To API URL (the same for all)
- Authorisation and delivery tracking (unique per each user, should get it from us)
- Setup approved templates (manually add each)
With Mitto’s integration clients can send Campaigns or build Flow journeys for SMS and WhatsApp Business.
